I found the order info very confusing! When I put my prescription in and chose my frames, the invoice shows “lens:standard with anti-glare”. So I thought that meant the lenses were included in the price. Shortly after I placed the order, I received an email asking if I actually wanted the frames with no lenses. The invoice very clearly says “lens…” So then once I did get the prescription and ordered the lenses separately, the order went through. It took more than a week to receive the glasses.
After I wore them for about 30 minutes, and put them back in the case, I noticed a piece of the abalone right on the front had fallen off and was in the case! I contacted Justin, and he suggested I could glue it back on myself, or I could return them to either be repaired or replace the frames. I asked to have them replaced, and sent them back the very next day. I was assured that as soon as they got to them, the glasses would be fixed and returned immediately. Tracking showed that my package got to them on Monday the 10th. Today is Tuesday the 18th and I just received a tracking number. That’s over a full week since they received the return.
At this point I’m pretty unhappy with the run around, though Justin has been responsive to communication. I didn’t expect it would be more than a month before I can wear my glasses!

I lost my first pair in the ocean (they were a gift for graduation for my masters). I missed them so much I had to buy a pair. Love how beautiful they are.

I have really fell for these glasses. They have such a great look and quality to them! I also really appreciated the “try on” feature on the web site. I am very particular about glasses as I feel that most don’t look good on me. I am very pleased with the look and fit of the yachtmaster abalone glasses. Would definitely recommend!

I have 3 pair of Yachtmasters and I love all them but the abalone with violet lenses are my favorite! I wear them with my neck gaiter and my winter coat and they all blend for those cold morning dog walks!
