Wanderer - Green Wave

I bought my shades hoping they would be light on my face and comfortable. They are perfect. The polarized lenses are very high quality. In fact I believe they are better quality than the lenses in my $200 sunglasses from another company.

At the 2019 Chatham Oktoberfest, I was thrilled to purchase my first pair of Slyk sunglasses. Sadly, in August, that pair sunk to the bottom of a lake in Maine. Much to my delight, I stumbled upon Slyk’s Black Friday BOGO deal and this time got not one but two fantastic pairs of Slyk shades. What I love is that they’re trendy and classic, look terrific, are polarized (some of the big brands charge extra for this, a must-have in this area!), and best of all, are LOCAL. It feels great knowing I’m supporting a local business, especially during a challenging time. I also adore the uplifting sayings etched into the temples (the part that goes over your ear). When I purchased my first pair, it was because of the quote. This time I was surprised by the sentiments, both of which are ideal for me. I consider the addition of the quotes something unique and special, truly setting Slyk shades apart, along with their craftsmanship and quality. Another awesome attribute is Slyk’s customer service. I received a personal note with my purchase, and when I bought the pair in Chatham, was delighted with the pleasant and insightful conversation I had with the company rep that day. I consider myself a Slyk customer for life!
