Wore these while reading at the pool. I really love the sunglasses so far. I have been careful about not getting them wet or fingerprints on the glass and keep putting them back in the bag and case. As the summer progresses I will better know how I like them for the long term, but so far so good!!
I love abalone shell, so when I saw these stunning sunglasses, I knew I had to have them. They do not disappoint! Wearing them, I feel cool and gorgeous at 71!

It speaks for itself that I ordered a second pair for myself (different style) and my mom loved them so much I got her a pair. I’ve probably had my first pair over a year and they’re still in amazing condition. The abalone is deeply colored and so attractive! I get compliments almost every time I wear them. The lenses are top quality; fantastic for being on the water! The wood frames are solid. My only complaint is they have loosened over time but, that’s the case with most sunglasses. These are definitely my favorite pair of sunglasses that I’ve ever owned!

HISTORY OF SLYK SHADES
Beginning in January 2017, I became chronically ill after my nervous system was damaged by a prescribed medication. I was too ill to continue my job as an accountant and had to move back home with my mom to begin my road to recovery. My life became a constant battle to keep a positive mindset and never give up hope that I would get better.
