All our glasses are handcrafted and should be treated with care. Think of them as wearable art. Each pair is finished with organic oils and a clear shellac to help seal the glasses and repel water. They can get wet but should not be submerged and should be dried after to ensure maximum life.
When not wearing, always keep in the case and use the pouch and cloth for extra protection and cleaning. Do not use glass cleaner, or any chemicals on the lenses. We also recommend to not put glasses on the top of your head frequently as you will stretch out the arms over time.
Yes we do! As much as possible, we use recycled materials and wood scraps/veneers. Our abalone is farmed and sourced through New Zealand's strict sustainability program. Our lenses are made from triacetate cellulose and are derived from wood pulp.
SLYK products are protected by a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects. This covers the materials and workmanship. This does not cover breaks and cracks from misuse.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. We try to ship every order out within 1-5 business days. Domestic orders typically arrive in 5 days or less after shipped and international can take 2+ weeks.
If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email and your order date is past 5 business days, please let us know by emailing email@example.com. We will be happy to find out what exactly is going on with your order.

We offer no-hassle returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original delivery to you.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We offer free domestic return shipping but international returns shipping will be covered by customer.
