I love Slyk shades! I had 2 pairs for the trip down the Colorado River. They tell you bring 2 just in case. Glad I did. The floaters were a little bit to gentle for the trip. The wooden ear broke off when ducking a wave. I never did get a chance to see if they’d float. The 2nd pair I bent out of wack from having them hang around my neck and leaned into them. What I love about the company though is when I send them back they will fix them for me. I get so many compliments on the abalone ones!

Such excellent quality, design & appearance!

I love these Slyk Shades!!! I bought a pair for my wife when she showed interest while surfing online. When we received her Abalone Mermaids & held them in our hands, my mind was made up. Bought Slyks for myself, & two awesome gifts for family members. I secretly have my eye on another model for me!!! I'm proud to support Josh & his company!

Love my Drifter sunglasses

I own several pairs of SLYK shades and purchased a pair of Drifters because I spend a lot of time at the river and pool and love that they float! I also liked that they are made from recycled skateboards. All my SLYK shades are lightweight and great quality. I recommend them to my friends.

Drifters for Dan

My son loved my abalone framed glasses so much he mentioned them as I was asking for birthday hints. I let him pick his own, the drifters, and he looks amazing in them. Loves them from the time he put them on. That’s two pair of glasses that we absolutely love

I'd love to say how great these are.... But they still haven't arrived. December 5th was supposed to be the delivery date but, it's now December 14th, still no glasses, and no idea of when I should expect to receive them.

About

HISTORY OF SLYK SHADES

Beginning in January 2017, I became chronically ill after my nervous system was damaged by a prescribed medication. I was too ill to continue my job as an accountant and had to move back home with my mom to begin my road to recovery. My life became a constant battle to keep a positive mindset and never give up hope that I would get better.
